“Glorious” Wednesdays provide hope to those with hope. Christians are armed with the reality that Jesus is who he said He was. He rose from the dead. In doing so, we are empowered to heed His word and live the life that He laid out for us in the Gospel. Lord, grant me the grace to live a life worthy of Your promises.

In today’s world, we don’t often get the opportunity to acknowledge the goodness that exists in our world. The media is filled with the worst of the worst news and that is the message that constantly bombards our consciousness. But God is indeed present in our lives and the work of the Holy Spirit continues around us. This Father’s Day column reflects that message in our corner of the world. Isn’t that the best news of all?
