As we invoke the intercession of our Blessed Mother on this “Glorious” Wednesday, we do so filled with the Spirit. The disciples also gathered with Mary in their midst to receive the Holy Spirit in Pentecost and so Jesus’ promise of the Spirit was fulfilled. He promised a Spirit, an advocate “whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything and remind you of all that I told you.” John 14: 23-26. And so with steadfast faith, we invoke the Holy Spirit to inspire and to teach and to remind us. Come Holy Spirit come, fill the hearts of the faithful…..May is the month of Mary, for us to honor Our Mother. John 19:28. To Jesus Through Mary….
