On this “Sorrowful” Friday, we are reminded in prayer that Jesus told us clearly “My Kingdom does not belong to this world.” John 18:36. Though we may be discouraged at the glaring lack of statesmen leading our nations in this age, we join as one body of Christ to pray for them. Lord, pour forth your Holy Spirit among the leaders of nations that they may be inspired to bring their peoples and themselves to greater participation in Your Kingdom. Lord, may I be part of the solution in my own community -beginning today.
