“Glorious” Wednesdays inspire us to raise our self-expectations as we raise our hearts and minds to God. “Why are you standing there standing there look at the sky?” Acts 1:11. The two angels dressed in white issue a call to action for us to place our faith into action and not to remain passive. Lord, I pray today for the Holy Spirit to enable and power me to live a life of active Christian mercy and affirmative Christian love.
