“Glorious” Wednesdays inspire the faithful to raise their gaze. We meditate upon Jesus’ Ascension into heaven and his words that he will be with us till the end of the age. Matt. 28: 19. If only I can fix my attention to Jesus, can iI raise my sights from the concerns and busy-ness of daily life. Lord, grant me a raised vision to always look to you for comfort, reassurance, and guidance.
