“Joyful” Mondays inspire us to prepare for the birth of Jesus. The creator of the Universe sought to come into this world for our salvation through the most holy human vessel that He could- through Mary. In doing so, Mary had prepared for her role in salvation history by consecrating her life to God. Lord, may I spend this Advent period preparing, through consecration to Jesus through Mary, for a life where Jesus will be born in me. May I become His latest Bethlehem.
