“Joyful” is the Monday begun in prayer. As we meditate upon the beauty of the Incarnation, the Annunciation, we encounter Mary’s salvific example. Her humility before God’s plan stands as a testament to true Christian virtue: Her profound humility, lively faith, and blind obedience lead her to bear the Son of God, according to God’s plan. Lord, grant me the humility to accept your plan for me, so that I may realize Your plan for my life.
