The “Joy” of life derives from Jesus’ birth within our hearts and into our lives. As we prayerfully meditate on our all-powerful God taking the form of a small child this Monday, we are reminded that the most powerful and sustaining things in creation are often revealed in the most humble and unassuming packages. Lord, may the power of Your love as revealed in the innocence and beauty of the infant Jesus sustain me in times of trouble and direct me always to the simply truth: rejoicing in You is my strength.
