“Joyful” is the Monday devoted to working or laboring for our God. Mary was chosen to begin Salvation history here on earth by agreeing to serve God. She assented to submitting her will to lovingly carry out His divine plan. As I labor today, Lord, I ask that my labors, my energies be devoted to execute God’s will fully and perfectly. Grant me the clean heart to see and hear clearly the path that He would have me take.
