“Joyful” is the Saturday begun in prayer. We meditate today upon Mary’s visit by the messenger of God. Although initially hesitant and unsure, she soon submitted herself to God’s will. What ensued once she submitted herself to Him was nothing less than salvation history. Today, Lord, I pray for the patience, for the trust, for the unyielding steadfast faith to submit myself fully to your divine will. Not my will but yours be always done. Totus Tuus.
