“Joyful” Saturdays remind us to cultivate the virtue of innocence in our daily Christian journey. Mary’s purity and innocence provided the environment for bringing forth Jesus into the world. Naivete is a worldly concept while innocence and purity are divine virtues. Lord, may I strive for Marian surpassing purity and innocence so that I too may bring forth Jesus in my life and those whom I encounter.
