“Joyful” Saturdays remind us that to pray the Rosary every day permits us to celebrate Christmas twice a week. When we pray the Rosary daily, we enjoy the birth of the Savior and marvel at the notion that God chose to come into the world in the most humble of settings and the most vulnerable of forms. He did so to teach us humility; he did so because he knew and trusted Mary and Joseph. Lord, may I too learn the divine lessons, the value of profound Christian humility.
