The miracle of the Wedding at Cana is not merely that water was transformed into wine as he commanded but rather that we too can be transformed when we follow Mary’s instructions. We are reminded on this “Luminous” Thursday that the life of a Christian is one of hope, a positive belief that even we can be changed by participating fully in the life of Jesus Christ. Lord, I submit myself to your Mother and her instructions today and everyday so that your miraculous mercy may transform me.
