We need prayer for the “Light” to trigger on in the darkness of our mediocrity. In prayer, we encounter “Blessed are the clean of heart, for they will see God.” Matt. 5:8. In proclaiming His Kingdom, Jesus lays out the plan for a holy life, a Godly life. Lord, help me to lead a sacramental life, to receive your sanctifying grace, so that I may life a clean life with a clean heart.
