The “Light” of our life on this Thursday derives from communing with God- in prayer and in accepting the gift of the Eucharist. As we relive the transfiguration of Jesus on that mountaintop, we encounter the special joy of Father and Son and Holy Spirit joining as one. Matt. 17: 1-8. In humble prayer today, O Lord, I ask that you envelop my family and myself in communion with you so that our lives may be entrusted fully to you.
