“I need to be baptized by you... .” Matt. 3: 15. On this “Luminous” Thursday, we revisit the baptism of Jesus and realize that when God’s grace touches nature, such as by baptism, that sacrament is an expression of God’s love for us. Lord, may I remain open to living a sacramental and holy life. May you also be “well pleased” with me.
