Our Thursday is Il”Luminated” by the mystery of our Lord’s Baptism. Jesus permits himself to be baptized by John the Baptist in order that His mission, His presence as the Messiah, begin to be revealed. “This is my son…” Matt. 3. 16-17. Lord, we pray that we permit you be fully revealed within our hearts and in our lives.
