“Luminous” Thursdays inspire us to pray for our continued conversion and transformation. Jesus was transfigured before his closest friends and “his face shone like the sun and his garments became white as light.” Matt. 17: 1-2. He was transfigured as a sign of his divinity and exhibited his holiness to those who were with him. Lord, may those closest to me see in me a transformation, a deepening of my conversion. May they see You in me.
