Lenten Classes- “The Secret of Mary” by St. Louis de Montfort

RMPTR is coordinating a series of Lenten classes that take us through reflections from this intimate little book. It is one of RMPTR’s favorite books because of its personal yet powerful reflections on our Blessed Mother. “The Secret of Mary” provides a direct and personal entry into Montfort’s Marian spirituality.

The classes begin on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 6:30pm at St. Joseph the Worker in McAllen in the chapel. The class highlight will be videos containing the detailed reflections by Montfort priest, Fr. Hugh Gillespie, SMM. Musical prayers by Michele & Ruben Galvan. The class materials, the book, is $6.00.

The classes will culminate with Fr. Hugh’s return to the Diocese of Brownsville  for a two-week parish Lenten Mission beginning on March 11th also at St. Joseph the Worker-McAllen. The first week will be in English and the second week, beginning on March 18th will be in Spanish.
