“Sorrowful” Friday- Crosses Yield Miracles

For Christians, the “Sorrow” of Friday’s prayers gives way to faith-filled hope. On its surface, Jesus’ inexplicably cruel Crucifixion appears to be the end. But with a depth and breadth of faith, one realizes that His painful death results in the miracle of His loving Resurrection. Lord, as we endure the challenges of our own earthly crosses, we pray for the faith that they will yield the miracle of Your divine plan. Grant us all the strength to endure with dignity and faith.
