“Sorrowful” Friday prayers transport us to the side of Jesus. He endured physical assault, cruelty, and mockery at the hands of strangers, who crowned Him with thorns. Matt. 27: 27-31. As I pray for strength today, my Jesus, I ask that the crown I place on You through my actions and my thoughts be one of love and devotion. I pray to be a holy man, a holy husband and a holy father and that everything I do, everything I am bring You greater glory.
