“Sorrowful” Fridays invite us to realize the journey of others. Simon the Cyrenean helped Jesus carry His cross. In the spirit of prayer, our vision can be cleared to see the needs of our brethren. Lord, cure me of my selfish myopia and grant me a heart to love and more clearly see how I may help carry the cross of my neighbor.
