On “Sorrowful” Fridays, we are called upon to revisit the Lord’s Passion and Crucifixion- to walk with Jesus along the road to Calvary. I pray today Lord for a heart filled with Your compassion. You warned us not to weep for Him but rather to weep for ourselves and for our children. Luke 23: 28. You did not wish to be pitied but instead were concerned with the fate of others. Lord, help me to turn my focus to those I encounter today; help to lend a hand, to pray with and for my fellow man, to be Your voice, Your hands and feet today.
