“Sorrowful” Fridays

Fridays transport us to the “Sorrow” of the Lord’s Passion. As we revisit the Lord’s intense but stoic physical suffering – for us – may we be mindful of our resulting purification. May we avoid all sins but especially sins of the flesh.
