“Sorrowful” Tuesdays inspire through us to embrace His cross and our own. Our Blessed Mother Mary did not flinch and did not leave the scene of her son’s Crucifixion. Instead, she stayed by Jesus’ side. John 19: 24. The difficulty of experiencing such cruel inhumanity meted upon her beloved boy must have been so incredibly hard but yet she endured. Lord, grant me the grace to aspire to Mary’s strength of faith and lively unyielding presence at Jesus side. To Jesus Through Mary.
