“My kingdom does not belong of this world.” John 18:36. Our “Sorrowful” meditations on this Tuesday gratefully remind us of this reality of which Jesus reminds us. Because His Kingdom is not of this world, neither should we BE of this world. The silliness that seems to occupy our worries, our concerns, our efforts are largely of this world alone. Lord, I surrender these things to you. Grant me the spirit to be only of Your world.
