Real Men Pray the Rosary. Real Men PRAY. On this “Sorrowful” Friday, we recall that Jesus taught us how to pray and by example, when to pray. He taught us how to pray with the words we now call “The Lord’s Prayer.” Matt. 6:9-13; Luke 11: 1-4. He also taught us when to pray: when times are tough (Luke 22: 39-46) and indeed, always (1 Thess. 5: 16-18). Lord, I pray today for those intentions that I always carry in my heart: for my children, my wife, my marriage, and my soul. I pray in thanksgiving for all my blessings. May I be made worthy of Your promises.
