“Sorrowful” Tuesdays remind us of the Father’s call to prayer. Jesus knew what lay ahead for Him and His reaction was to reach out to His Father in prayer. Lord, teach me to always seek You, to live my life in prayerful communion with You. “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing and give thanks in all things for this is God’s will for you through Christ Jesus.” 1 Thess. 5: 16-18…. sorry for my absence. As a father and Assistant Scoutmaster, I attended a Boy Scout Summer camp for the past week. I was told that we’d have access to wi-fi at the camp to be able to post these daily reflections. Alas, the location was too remote and too bound by mountains for any reliable signal to work. While I did follow my normal prayer schedule, I was unable to post my reflection.
