On this “Sorrowful” Tuesday, we begin with prayer. Jesus taught us to pray- in word, by example, and inspiration. When his future looked grim and difficult, the Son of God taught us to seek the Father. Jesus went to his favorite prayer garden and set forth his petition but also submitted Himself to the Father’s divine will. Lord, today, I come to you and ask Your help in facing and satisfying the challenges that lay ahead of me this year but, in faith and in trust, I pray that Your will be done.
